Connecticut man killed in terror attack while attending wedding in Israel, group says

A 27-year-old Connecticut man was killed in a terror attack in Israel Monday, The Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford says.

A Connecticut man was killed in a Palestinian terror attack in Israel, according to The Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford.
Elan Ganeles, 27, of West Hartford, was killed in the attack Monday, The Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford says.
"Our community is shocked and outraged at the brutal murder. Ganeles was gunned down in a terrorist attack in Israel Monday evening. He was rushed to Hadassah Medical Center in critical condition as paramedics attempted to resuscitate him. He was sadly pronounced dead at the hospital," The Jewish Federation of Greater wrote in a statement.
The federation says Ganeles grew up in West Hartford and was in Israel to attend a wedding.
The Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford says two Palestinian terrorists allegedly drove up to Ganeles' car and opened fire.
