Cops ID 1 of 4 arrested in Soundview explosives raid
Police have identified one of the four people they arrested in Soundview this morning after they found two undetonated explosive devices inside a home. Police received a call at around 4:30 a.m., prompting them to issue a search warrant for 1055 Stratford Ave. They say they came across a fragmentation grenade and a stun grenade, and that the raid was part of a gang investigation. They have confirmed the arrest of Anthony Cibelli, 24, but have yet to specify the extent of his involvement. The other suspects' identities have not yet been released. Neighbors say Cibelli is a war veteran. Police say they are still investigating.
