A 23-year-old man was killed early this morning in a hit-and-run accident, according to police.Cops say Josbel Rivera was crossing or standing close to the intersection of Mosholu Parkway and Paul Avenue when he was fatally struck at around 4:30 a.m.

Police say they are still searching for the driver of the vehicle.
