Stratford police say a town councilman and his wife are facing charges this morning for an alleged domestic violence incident.
Police say they arrested David Harden and his wife Indiana at their home on Thursday night.
Officials say the couple is charged with assault and disorderly conduct and a temporary restraining order is now in place.
