Fairfield police tell us a local couple faces charges after a violent argument that ended with the woman riding on top of her fiancée's car.
Police say Angela Conklin, 52, jumped onto the hood of the car as Andrew Vossler, 48, drove away from their home on Palamar Drive Sunday.
They say Vossler drove at least two blocks before stopping.
Officers say Vossler drove at a slow speed before stopping and Conklin was not hurt.
