There is a glimmer of hope for Connecticut as the number coronavirus hospitalizations continues to drop across the state.
Officials say there are less than 1,500 people in the hospital now with 63 patients being released since yesterday.
The state’s total deaths are now at 2,495 after 59 people have lost their lives since yesterday.
As of yesterday, Connecticut had nearly 30,000 cases of the virus. There was no update today on the total number of cases.
