Roads are all back open again in Norwalk after crews mopped up a smelly spill.
Emergency crews responded after a tractor-trailer leaked a noxious fluid around Grist Mill Road and Glover Avenue last night.
Police blocked off the road while environmental crews cleaned up the chemical spill.
Witnesses say there was a strong chemical odor in the area.
