The New Jersey Forest Fire Service says a wildfire that erupted Friday night in Vineland has burned up to 1,200 acres.
It began in a remote area of the Peaslee Wildlife Management Area. As of Saturday night, officials say it is 75% contained.
There are no threats to any structures or wildlife, according to officials.
Union Road and Bennetts Mill Road were closed but have since reopened.
The cause of the fire had yet to be determined, and crews were still working to contain the fire as of Saturday night.
