With just three days left to campaign, incumbent Congressman Chris Shays (R-CT) and his Democratic challenger Diane Farrell are bringing their ?A? game to undecided voters.Recent polls have conflicting views on Connecticut?s favorite. One poll has Shays up by 9 percent, another has Farrell up by 8 percent. Now both candidates are trying to win over those last minute decisions by making calls, hanging signs and buying commercial time on air.Voters will decide who will fill the 4th Congressional District seat on Election Day, Tuesday, November 7.
