Stamford residents are reacting this evening to Bobby Valentine's new managerial position with the Boston Red Sox. Valentine, a Stamford native, was formally introduced at a Fenway Park press conference this evening. Local Red Sox fans say they are excited about the move, and even Yankees fans say they believe he will bring more passion to an already bitter rivalry. "He's got some charisma and some personality," one Yankees fan said. "And I think he'd be good up there for Boston." Valentine last managed in the major leagues for the Mets in 2002.Bobby Valentine officially introduced as Red Sox skipper
