There are only a few more weeks to sign up for Access Health CT, Connecticut's version of Obamacare.
Residents can get help by enrolling at places like the Greater Bridgeport Area Prevention Program on Barnum Avenue.
People can also enroll online and over the phone by calling 1-855-805-4325.
"If you want health insurance to take effect Jan. 1, you have to enroll no later than Dec. 15,” James Michel, CEO of Access Health CT said. “Then between Dec. 16 and Jan. 15, the effective date of coverage will start Feb. 1."
Officials said that enrollment has been up 23% over last year.
