A museum is celebrating a $500,000 transformation featuring technology you'll find nowhere else in Connecticut. 

The Discover Museum in Bridgeport features the Henry DuPont Planetarium and includes the Spitz 512 planetarium projector. The projector has been used for 40 years with a focus on showing people where people come from in terms of technology.

The system is made of two 4K projectors that are all synchronized to give viewers a seamless image.

The exhibit is interactive, and the planetarium shows are unique each time giving viewers an experience of being in space.
