Residents in Stamford were asked to use extreme caution after several live power lines went down on Clay Hill Road near Cedar Heights Road Sunday morning.
Neighbors say the outage was caused by a fallen free.
News 12 Connecticut is told that Archer Lane, Lancer Lane and Arden Lane are closed while Eversource repairs the lines.
Police are asking that vehicles and pedestrians do not approach the area.
There is no word yet on when those roads will reopen or when power will be restored.
