A driver in Stratford is facing charges following a hit-and-run accident.
Stratford police say a man on a scooter was hit by a car Saturday night near Barnum Avenue and King Street.
Officers say the driver of the car was arrested for leaving the scene of the crash.
The victim is expected to be OK.
