A car crashed into a pole in Stamford early Saturday morning.
It happened around 12:30 a.m. on Greenwich Avenue.
Police say the 26-year-old driver jumped the curb in his Honda Accord, snapping the pole and bringing down wires.
The road was closed as Eversource replaced the pole and made repairs.
The driver was taken to a hospital with injuries that are not considered to be life-threatening.
Police say they expect to make arrest in the case, but further information has not been released.
