A Stamford man is facing charges for allegedly causing a disturbance at Curly's Diner.
Police say Dwayne Lyle, 35, was drunk when he challenged the manager to a fight early yesterday.
Investigators say Lyle had been asked to leave because he was disruptive and began throwing food.
He is due in court later this month.
