Children in Bridgeport got an extra special treat on Friday as Councilwoman Mary Lee hosted an Easter egg hunt.
The egg hunt was held outside of the Trumbull Gardens Recreation Center and it featured 200 eggs that were scattered around. Some of the golden eggs were filled with money and candy.
"I decided since I'm so fond of eggs, egg hunts, I decided to have one for them, you know, to put a little sunshine in their life" said Councilwoman Lee.
