Bridgeport is hosting an event today that is meant to help struggling homeowners.
The Homeowners Mortgage Assistance Event will give homeowners the opportunity to meet with mortgage lenders on loan modifications and experts on foreclosure assistance.
It will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today at the Webster Bank Arena.
