A former bus aide has been charged with physically abusing a teenager with autism.
Police say Joseph Jean-Felix, 68, of Bridgeport, allegedly misused a heavy duty twist tie designed to secure the seat belt of the teen.
The Fairfield student developed bruises on his arm, according to police.
The transportation company says Jean-Felix has since been fired from his job.
