News 12 Connecticut has obtained exclusive video of a rollover on I-95 in Bridgeport last week.
It happened Friday just after 10 a.m.
Vinny LaConte was in the passenger seat and his girlfriend was driving on the 27A ramp towards I-95 when she saw a car flip from her rearview mirror.
Before he knew it, his girlfriend was reversing to get to the overturned car.
LaConte rushed over to the car and smashed the driver's window.
Police say the driver was on 27A ramp going north to merge onto I-95 when she hit the concrete traffic barrier causing her car to roll over. The driver was written a warning for violating failure to stay in the lane and driving too fast. She only had minor injuries.
LaConte says he's glad the driver made it out and he was there to help.
