A Fairfield artist is hoping his big drawings will make an even bigger statement about the issue of immigration.
Three drawings by local artist Rick Shaefer recently went up at Fairfield University's Walsh Gallery.
The series is called the Refugee Trilogy. 
He says they're inspired by modern events, and he's hoping the three pieces will spark a lot of conversation and even some debate.
