Sgt. Matthew Riendau and officer Evan Kaesmann are back home after attending memorial services in Dallas for the officers killed in a sniper attack there earlier this month.
They made the 1,600-mile trip to Dallas, joining thousands of their brothers and sisters in blue from across the country who went to pay tribute to the five officers killed in an ambush attack.
Riendau and Kaesmann say they were moved by the massive show of support.
They say there were no signs of tension in Dallas and only felt love and a sense of coming together. They say they hope the feeling will spread to other communities.
