Rep. Jim Himes attended Fairfield University today to tour their Center for Climate, Coastal and Marine studies.

The visit saw Himes engage in conversations with students about the center's mission and research goals.

Vital climate challenges impacting marine environments were also discussed at the event.

The centers future includes research that is focused on addressing global, climate and marine related issues.
