A search warrant has been obtained for the data-recording device inside an officer-driven cruiser involved in a June double-fatal accident.
Investigators are interested in what evidence can be acquired from the Milford police cruiser of Officer Jason Anderson. Anderson was driving the cruiser while involved in a car crash that claimed the lives of 19-year-olds Ashlie Krakowski and Dave Servin.
State police are stressing that Anderson has not been charged with any wrongdoing.
"We are going to examine every facet of this case," says Lt. Paul Vance.
