(AP) - The man who was to marry slain YaleUniversity graduate student Annie Le was surrounded byfamily and friends at a memorial service for the woman at hisfamily's New York synagogue.
Jonathan Widawsky sat with his parents and sister in the frontrow of Temple Beth El in Huntington on Wednesday evening, ascongregants filled in behind them for the memorial service.
Leaders of the temple were set to officiate at Le's wedding toWidawsky on Sept. 13. But that was the day her body was found in awall at a Yale medical research building, five days after she wentmissing.
A worker at the lab, Raymond Clark, is charged with killing Le.Authorities haven't released a motive.
Le's funeral is set for Saturday in El Dorado Hills, California.
