A Stratford home was damaged by fire this morning.
It happened on Oceanview Terrace.
Firefighters say the person who lives there came home and saw the fire coming out of the attic.
They say he tried to put it out with a garden hose until firefighters got there.
No one was hurt.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
