A large fire tore through a yard outside of a building Tuesday night in Morris Heights.
Crews entered one of the apartments on the second floor and began fighting the flames.
Firefighters were seen on the roof spraying water from a distance, while others on the ground searched for more pockets of fire.
Video of the scene shows the blaze growing in front of a fire escape stairway.
