Testimony was delivered today in the Shell gas station execution-killing trial from a doctor with the state's forensic lab and the Norwalk police officer who was first to respond to the scene.
The killing happened three years ago at the Shell gas station on West Avenue in South Norwalk. According to police, suspect Alain LeConte robbed the gas station with the help of another man before shooting Jose Jauquin Morales in the head.
LeConte is also accused of similar robberies in Greenwich and Stamford. Today was the first day the victim's family members attended the trial.
