Former Westport lifeguard arrested for allegedly stalking 2 women, taking photos of them

Police say a former Westport lifeguard who pleaded guilty to voyeurism in 2017 is facing new charges.
Michael Collins was arrested for allegedly stalking two women and taking pictures of them at Compo Beach.
He's also accused of following them and driving past them in his Jeep more than eight times.
Collins surrendered and is charged with two counts of stalking. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
Collins is due in court next week.
