Frontier Communications is relocating its corporate headquarters from Norwalk to Texas.
The company confirmed the news after announcing last month that it was exploring a move.
It's moving to Dallas, where the CEO lives and 640 employees already work.
Frontier says it's making the move because Dallas is business friendly and centrally located.
But it's not all bad news for Connecticut, the 300 workers in Norwark will reportedly get to keep their jobs and work remotely. Future hiring will be in Dallas.
