An Easton tree farm says it's experiencing record turnout due to excitement surrounding the holidays amid the pandemic.
Ganim Tree Farm began as a family-run business in the 1970s. The farm tells News 12 it saw a record high turnout on opening weekend last week, where 94 trees were sold in one day, which has never happened before.
Social distancing guidelines are in place at the farm and employees are advising anyone who arrives together to stay with one another and wear their masks, especially if they get close to anyone.
They say safety is priority and going home with a healthy tree is also important.
Ganim Tree Farm tells News 12 people from all over the tri-state area are coming to get their Christmas trees this year.
The farm is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.
Trees at the Ganim Tree Farm are priced between $75 and $100.
