A GoFundMe page is hoping to help a family in Goshen after their house was destroyed in a fire Thursday.

Gale Freda, a long time Orange County Legal Aid secretary, had her home lost in the blaze on Montgomery Street.

Freda, lived with her two adult children in the home, both who had just returned home after completing service in the military.

So far, the cause of the fire remains unknown.

Almost $14,000 has already been raised to help the family.
