Restaurants and bars in Connecticut are now allowed to sell pre-mixed cocktails for delivery or takeout orders, Gov. Ned Lamont says.
Lamont signed an executive order Monday that allows for the change.
Owners and managers say a big portion of their normal revenue is from liquor sales, and the new law will lead to more business.
Some bars and restaurants are expected to re-open Wednesday after being closed or limiting service for two-months during the coronavirus pandemic.
