Gov. Ned Lamont says he may propose an income tax cut next year.
The move would mean less money taken out of your paycheck each week.
It would apply to people making up to $150,000 or $200,000 a year.
Lamont says it's easier than offering rebates or tax credits.
Right now, Connecticut's income tax rate is 5%. Republicans have proposed dropping it to 4%, but Lamont says it is too soon to talk specific numbers.
