-12,415 tests were administered and 118 came back positive (0.95% positivity rate)
-47 patients are hospitalized (decrease of 2)
-There has been 1 COVID-related death
-Lamont says there are "no plans" to move into Phase 3 of re-opening, including opening bars and increased occupancy at restaurants.
-Lamont said Connecticut is second only to New York in terms of the amount of COVID-19 testing being done.
-Lamont says he is extending eviction freeze through Oct. 1.
