Gov. Dannel Malloy spent his Labor Day weekend in southwestern Connecticut.
Malloy attended the Blues, Views and Barbecue festival at the Westport Library and the Levitt Pavilion. He took in some live music and enjoyed some ribs.
His Republican challenger Tom Foley, of Greenwich, also spent part of his weekend meeting potential voters at several fairs and festivals throughout the state.
Both attended the Labor Day parade in Newtown today.
