Gov. Dannel Malloy is asking Connecticut lawmakers to come up with ideas by Monday for cutting the current fiscal year budget.
Malloy says there is a need for everyone to act quickly.
Malloy offered some of his own ideas yesterday, including reducing non-education aid to cities and towns by $20 million.
