All eyes will be on Gov. Dannel Malloy this week as the budget deadline approaches.

He has until Wednesday to sign or veto the budget, according to the state constitution.

If passed, the $41.3 billion plan will end Connecticut's four-month state budget impasse.

Connecticut is the only remaining state in the nation without a budget.
