Police are investigating after graffiti was spray painted along the back walls of the Stratford Public Library.
Police believe the message was in reference to a public meeting community leaders hosted last week regarding racial conflicts in the town.
According to police, there were also anti-war messages painted on the walls. Due to the anti-war messages, authorities are treating the incident as a vandalism case and not a hate crime.
