? The Greenwich Board of Selectman unanimously approved a revised version of a law Thursday what would ban sex offenders from public places where children congregate.
Officials say this law is a modified version of a proposed local law rejected by voters a month ago.
If passed in the representative town meeting next month, it would make it illegal for registered sex offenders to go near places like schools, parks, playgrounds and beaches.
