Greenwich officials say their town was among those hit the hardest by Tuesday's nor'easter.
Greenwich received more than 3 inches of precipitation. As a result, officials say the Byram River experienced major flooding.
Officials reported about a dozen minor flooding incidents at homes and businesses, and few road accidents.
Crews warn residents that since the rainwater will linger for a few days, they should contact authorities immediately if more flooding occurs.
