A Greenwich man was sentenced to 37 months in prison for submitting fraudulent claims for unclaimed property to state treasuries.

Henry J. White Jr, 75, admitted to filing false claims in multiple states.

He collected $1.2 million through the scheme.

White's sister, Patricia White, also pleaded guilty.

She will be sentenced at a later date.
