Greenwich police are out on the water patrolling for drunk boaters as the first weekend of 'Operation Dry Water' kicks off.'Operation Dry Water' is designed to warn the public that drunken boating is just as dangerous as drunken driving, and the laws against it are equally serious.Boating fatalities reached a three-year high in 2011, according to the Coast Guard. The leading contributor to that rise was boating under the influence.
