A funeral was held Wednesday for the Greenwich teen killed in a one-car crash over the weekend.
Steven Bawol?s family and friends gathered at Saint John?s Lutheran Church on Newfield Avenue in Stamford to say goodbye. The 19-year-old, who grew up on Cos Cob, was killed Saturday morning when his car hit a pole and flipped over on Stanwich Road.
A wake was held Tuesday night for Bawol at the Castiglione Funeral Home. He was remembered by his friends as loyal and hard-working.
Police are still trying to determine if bad weather played a factor in the deadly crash.
