A Greenwich Department of Public Works employee who discovered the body of a missing New Rochelle woman found in the woods is accused of snapping pictures of the victim at the scene, town officials say.

A Greenwich Department of Public Works employee who discovered the body of a missing New Rochelle woman is accused of snapping pictures of the victim at the scene, town officials say.
The employee was placed on paid administrative leave while the town investigates the incident, according to a press release from the First Selectman's office.
"This thoughtless and insensitive behavior by an employee is inexcusable," First Selectman Peter Tesei says.
Valerie Reyes, 24, of New Rochelle, New York, was found Tuesday off the east shoulder of Glenville Road, just north of Stillman Lane in Greenwich.
Police say a highway worker for the town of Greenwich first discovered Reyes who was found stuffed inside a suitcase with her arms and legs bound behind her back.
The town has not released the name of the employee accused of taking the picture.
