A consumer watchdog group says the popular toy fidget spinners are a potential summer hazard for children.
According to World Against Toys Causing Harm, children in Texas and Oregon have been hospitalized after choking on fidget spinner pieces.
The toys have already been banned in several schools.
A separate group, called the Toy Association, issued its own guidelines for parents thinking of buying the toy, including following age recommendations and inspecting the fidget spinner for loose parts.
