Handball tournament honors former Bridgeport state representative
State Rep. Ezekiel Santiago, 45, died from a heart attack in 2019. Santiago was a long time state representative who was serving in his sixth term when he passed away.

12ds agoA handball tournament was held Saturday in Bridgeport in memory of State Rep. Ezekiel Santiago.
More than 100 players competed in the Connecticut Handball League competition at Went Field Park.
Santiago, 45, died from a heart attack in 2019.
Santiago was a long time state representative who was serving in his sixth term when he passed away.
"And the people of Bridgeport, we miss Ezekiel Santiago very much and this is in honor of him, and we want his family to know that we love Ezekiel Santiago," said Bridgeport City Council Member Jorge Cruz.
