49ds agoDespite 20 seniors graduating from last year's team, Stratford High says it will be strong on the offensive and defensive lines. Team captain and linebacker Christian Pierre returns for his senior season.
"People should come out and watch us because it's going to be explosive. Even if you might not like us, even if you want us to lose, we're going to put on a show," Pierre said.
The Red Devils finished 3-7 in 2022.
Stratford High School opens the season with non-league foe New London Sept. 8 at Penders Field with kickoff slated for 7 p.m.
