A judge ended an intensive probation supervision program for Michelle Troconis, the ex-girlfriend of the late Fotis Dulos, but new charges were also brought forward against her.
Chief State’s Attorney Richard Colangelo filed additional charges against Troconis based on the previous arrest warrants.
The additional charges -- two counts of conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence -- were not mentioned during Friday's appearance, which was the first for Troconis since February due to the pandemic.
Judge John Blawie today removed one of her bond release conditions—a program that requires her to check in with court officials constantly.
Troconis' attorney requested to have her GPS ankle monitor removed and her house arrest lifted in order to allow for domestic travel.
A written ruling from the judge on those requests is expected by mid September.

In video released this week, Dulos can be seen dumping evidence into trash cans in Hartford the day his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos, disappeared.
Troconis is seen in one of the videos, leaning out of the truck where Dulos was captured throwing out evidence police later tied to Jennifer's disappearance.
The videos and other pieces of evidence were part of a court filing by Troconis' attorney, Jon Schoenhorn.
Marisela Troconis, sister of Michele Troconis, spoke publicly for the first time since the case began.
"I just want to enforce that my sister is innocent and that I thank God for today -- baby steps," said Marisela Troconis. "I really thank him because I had the opportunity to come here and be together. We are a very united family and we will continue supporting her."
Troconis' attorney is also hoping to move the trial venue from Stamford to Hartford.
Troconis is scheduled to appear in court again on Oct. 1.
