The state Supreme Court has ruled that a fraternity can be sued in connection with a 2003 crash that killed four Yale University students, including two Yale baseball players.
The students were returning from a fraternity event in New York City at the time.
Their SUV slammed into a jackknifed tractor-trailer that had crashed on I-95 in Fairfield.
